USP Consulting is the first methods consulting globally. Methods Consulting was developed by an international team of consultants, professionals, managers and academics during 2001 until 2004. Based on different studies and workshops series with more than 300 clients this innovative approach was evolved. More and more small, medium but also large multinational companies are taking advantage of methods consulting and therefore enabling and enhancing the so long required paradigm shift in the consulting industry.

Methods Consulting help to slash down consulting costs by 75 percent without having to stop any projects. More so for the first time, the clients´ employees really profit from the consultant as they operationally deliver the project work themselves using the problem-specific method. This method can then be re-applied by the employees without the involvement of external consultants – this is what we consider sustainable knowledge transfer.
